Fulfillment Update

Hi everyone!
First off, you have my sincerest apologies for the delay in between updates. For the first time in my career as a full time artist I have had to take on a 2nd full time job in order to support my family, which has caused a significant delay in my fulfillment times. Had I known at the beginning of this campaign that I would start a second job midway through, I would have adjusted the projected timeline accordingly, but I can honestly say that I had no idea how draining, time consuming, and stressed out working two full time jobs plus raising two toddlers would make me. This year has been so difficult and I am truly so sorry for letting that affect my work.
While this experience has been very eye opening for me, I never intended to give anyone any uncertainty in regard to this campaign, so I am very sorry for any caused by the delayed communication. I am constantly striving to better myself as an artist and as a person, and I will learn from this to be better in the future.
Thank you for your patience! Some of you have been around since the beginning, through all six of my pin campaigns, and know how much I love to create art and share it with the world. I’m sorry for this unusual delay, which isn’t what you’re used to when supporting my work. For those of you that are new here, and this is your first campaign with me, I’m sorry for the first impression I’ve given. You all deserve full transparency when putting your trust and faith into a crowdfunding campaign.
I also apologize for getting personal, but I felt you all were owed an explanation for my delays.
Now on to the project update itself. Since my last update when the pins were on their way to me, i have since received them, graded them, packaged, and am almost 50% through fulfilling backerkit pledges and preorders now.
This process has been slowed by my second job, but I hope to be completely done within the next 2 or 3 weeks and the campaign will officially come to a close.
For those of you who pledged in the first 48 hours, your early bird incentives are already packaged with your pins.
Another little pin update I have is for those of you who preordered howls castle through the preorder store. Originally this pin was 2.5 inches, but due to the amount of detail we increased the size to 3 inches, so this is a big little guy. The biggest pin I’ve ever done. Here’s a little preview:

Hi friends!
Great news to share! Nearly all of the surveys have been completed, with only 6 remaining stragglers. Thank you so much for filling those out! I'll be sending emails out to those backers this friday to remind to fill out your survey<3 This is the only way to receive your rewards so please be sure to complete them:)
In other news, artwork proofs have already been approved and pins are in production! As soon as I receive process pics I'll be sure to share them here!:)
I also wanted to give a heads up that Friday, May 24th, orders will be locked and cards charged for shipping and additional add-ons purchased in BackerKit, so go ahead and make any additional changes if necessary<3

Let's talk next steps!:)
Soon, if not already, you will be charged for your rewards! You have a two week period to correct your payments if you need more time<3 After 2 weeks are up, the funds will be released to me and then I will be sending surveys to all backers!
Surveys are SUPER important for you to fill out and complete all the way!
Not only are surveys how I will be collecting addresses to send rewards to, but they're also how you will be charged for shipping. Please remember that shipping is NOT charged with your rewards and will be charged once you complete your survey. This is to help me keep shipping funds and reward funds separate, so please make sure you complete your surveys in order to receive rewards<3
Surveys also allow you to select add-ons, if you wish! If you weren't able to get any designs that you really wanted during the campaign, you can still select them during the survey! The discounted campaign prices will also be locked in for surveys<3
The manufacturing process will begin as soon as I receive funds!! <3

Hi friends!
We're almost to the end of the campaign and I can't thank you all enough for the support of this project! I can't wait to bring these designs to life with you all!
I just wanted to touch base on a few things, share some other Pintopia projects that I'm a huge fan of, and introduce some other stuff that I've been working on!<3
Firstly, this is unrelated to this campaign but since this is a community of people that have supported my art in the past I wanted to share an exciting pin I designed that will be ordered with these Carnival Chaos pins!
It's currently available for preorder on my website and, similar to my campaigns, if you choose to preorder then you'll get the pin for significantly cheaper:) Preorder price is $30 and retail will be $40!

Secondly, I wanted to share some other projects currently happening as a part of Pintopia that I really enjoy!<3 There are SO many talented artists participating in this event, so I highly recommend browsing the pintopia page:) But here are a few of my personal favorites!

Ink & Enamel by The Snarky Company: This campaign is right up my alley! As an avid reader, I've struggled to find enamel pins that represent that love for reading that aren't a part of book subscription boxes. These are so cute and I especially love the representation of audiobooks (which I'm addicted to).

Wonderland by Jaizure: Who doesn't love Alice in Wonderland?! This is one of my all time favorite themes, and one of my favorite pin artists! Be sure to check out more of their work on instagram!

Little Red by Pokettoni: Once again, another of my favorite pin artists! Such fun and unique designs, and I love their take of this classic tale<3 Pokettoni and Jaizure often do pin collab campaigns together, and that is true for pintopia as well! So if you like them both, be sure to pledge to both to get their free pins<3
I hope you enjoy those projects as much as I do!
The last thing I wanted to touch base on was shipping!
I know this update was long winded, so I'll keep this short and post another separate post on shipping alone when the campaign ends. But I just wanted to remind everyone that shipping is charged AFTER the campaign<3 You will not be charged for shipping when you're charged for your rewards. Shipping will be charged two weeks after the campaign ends, when backers fill out their surveys in the pledge manager.
Shipping rates are as follows:
- United States: $5
- Canada: $15
- Rest of World: $20
